Clear, tinted and opaque decorative over-caps. Installation dimensions are checked against the bottle and functional closure.

Development and production stages
Brief
Provide the bottle drawing or sample, contents, filling conditions, required quantity and destination market.
Model & tooling assessment
We assess available models and identify any new tooling requirements. Cost and lead time are quoted before development begins.
Design proposal
A proposed design and material specification for review, with the required fit and application evaluations identified.
Physical sample
Samples from existing tooling are prepared for evaluation. New tooling, sample charges and transit time are confirmed separately.
Approval
The design, material, colour, printing and applicable fit and performance requirements are approved before bulk production.
Production & shipment
Production follows the agreed specification, inspection plan and packing requirements. Shipment terms and documents are confirmed with the order.
Private moulds
Custom tooling requirements
Tooling specifications and commercial terms are confirmed before development. The review covers design requirements, production conditions, ownership and approval procedures.
Tool ownership & exclusive use
Exclusive tooling is available by agreement. Ownership, permitted use, storage and maintenance are defined in the project terms.
Tooling scope & quotation
Mould cost and development time are quoted per project. Cavity count, material, production volume and component design inform the tooling proposal.
Bottle & production-line compatibility
Provide the capper type, line speed and filling conditions. Compatibility is evaluated with the bottle and closure assembly under the intended operating conditions.
Design revisions & approval
Drawing revisions and approval samples define the production specification. Changes are reviewed before the next production run.

Preliminary information is sufficient for an initial review. Final drawings, samples and operating requirements are confirmed before production approval.
