Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sample preparation from existing tooling typically takes about 7 days after specification confirmation. New mould samples require a separate development schedule. Sample charges and shipping are confirmed with the quotation.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ depends on the model, material, colour, printing and packing requirements. Provide the quantity required per order and estimated annual demand for a specific quotation.
What food-contact documentation is available?
Third-party migration reports and an EU 10/2011 declaration of compliance are not currently available. We do not claim FDA compliance. Please specify the destination market, food type and conditions of use so that documentation and testing requirements can be reviewed before an order.
How do I tell you what neck size I need?
Provide a neck-finish drawing with dimensions and tolerances, or a physical bottle sample. Dimensioned photographs are useful for initial review; final compatibility requires confirmation against the bottle and intended use.
Can the mould be exclusive to me?
Exclusive tooling can be discussed for custom projects. Ownership, permitted use, maintenance, cost and development lead time are defined in the tooling agreement before production of the mould.
