Manufacturing stages

The following stages outline closure production and the specification points reviewed during manufacturing. Inspection methods, sampling frequency and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each order.

STAGE 01

Injection moulding

Material and processing conditions are selected for each component. Catalogue caps and handles use PP; preforms use PET. Decorative over-cap materials vary by model. Dimensions are reviewed against the approved drawing.

STAGE 02

Tamper-ring slitting

For closures with a slitted tamper-evident band, the cutting process forms connecting bridges. Bridge geometry and band separation are relevant to opening performance and must match the approved closure design.

STAGE 03

Printing & finishing

Top printing is prepared from customer artwork. Colour and print position are confirmed against an approved physical sample before production.

STAGE 04

Bagging, cartoning & loading

Caps are packed in lined cartons to protect them during handling and transport. Carton quantity, dimensions, markings and shipping documents are confirmed for the order.

Factory visits and inspections

Factory visits and live video tours can be arranged with our team. Inspection scope, timing and access requirements are agreed in advance.

Third-party inspection

Buyer-appointed inspections can be discussed for pre-production, in-process or pre-shipment stages. An inspection arrangement does not imply existing third-party certification.

Warehousing and shipment coordination

Finished goods are prepared for dispatch after packing and order checks. Stock availability and production schedules are confirmed when the order is placed.
